How do I recover a lost item from a ride?
Call 1630 or contact us with your ride tracking ID. We'll connect you with your driver — most items are returned within 24 hours.
I was charged the wrong fare — what now?
Open the trip in your Avas app → Help → Fare review. Our team will investigate the matter for you.
How do I become an Avas driver?
Visit the Drive page to start enrollment. You'll need a valid driver's license, vehicle docs, and a smartphone.
