OFFICIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. INTRODUCTION
1.1 Promotion Name & Organizer
The promotion is titled:
“Avas Driver’s Weekly Roadha Foari Challenge – Ramadan 1447”
(the “Promotion” or the “Campaign”).
This Promotion is organized and administered by Avas Enterprises, operating the Avas App platform in the Republic of Maldives (“Avas”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
1.2 No Affiliations
This Promotion is an independent event organized solely by Avas Enterprises.
It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with:
Any government authority;
Any vehicle manufacturer;
Any social media platform;
Any third-party payment provider;
Any external commercial partner,
unless expressly stated in writing by Avas.
1.3 Acceptance of Terms
By participating in this Promotion, drivers confirm that they:
Have read and understood these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”);
Agree to be legally bound by these Terms;
Accept any future updates, amendments, or modifications published by Avas during the Promotion period.
Participation constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
1.4 Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms:
“App” means the Avas passenger booking application and Avas Driver App.
“Campaign Period” means 22 February 2026 at 12:00 AM to 21 March 2026 at 11:59 PM (Maldives Time).
“Category” means one of the following operational classes:
Avas Cars & Vans
Avas Cycle
Avas Pickup
“Completed Ride” means a ride that:
Was booked via the Avas App;
Accepted and completed via the Avas Driver App;
Successfully transported the passenger to the intended destination;
Was not cancelled, refunded, disputed, or flagged;
Was verified by Avas backend systems.
“Legend” means a driver who has won any prize within a category and is thereafter excluded from further leaderboard competition in that same category for the remainder of the Campaign.
“Subscription Waiver” means a one-month exemption from the standard center fee or subscription fee, which:
Is non-transferable;
Cannot be converted into cash;
Applies to the next billing cycle only.
“Timestamp Priority” means ranking determined by the exact backend system record indicating the time at which a driver reached their final ride count during the competition week.
2. CAMPAIGN PERIOD
The Promotion shall run from:
Sunday, 22 February 2026 at 12:00 AM (Maldives Time)
to
Saturday, 21 March 2026 at 11:59 PM (Maldives Time)
The Promotion consists of four (4) consecutive weekly competitions.
No rides completed outside this period shall qualify.
3. WEEKLY STRUCTURE
The four (4) competition weeks are:
Week 1: 22 February – 28 February 2026
Week 2: 1 March – 7 March 2026
Week 3: 8 March – 14 March 2026
Week 4: 15 March – 21 March 2026
Each week runs Sunday 12:00 AM – Saturday 11:59 PM (Maldives Time).
The leaderboard resets at the beginning of each week.
4. COMPETITION CATEGORIES
Drivers compete strictly within their registered Category:
Avas Cars & Vans
Avas Cycle
Avas Pickup
Each category has a separate weekly leaderboard and prize allocation.
5. MULTI-VEHICLE & MULTI-CATEGORY PARTICIPATION
Drivers with multiple approved vehicles registered under different categories may participate in each respective category.
Ride counts are calculated separately per category.
A driver may win only once per category during the Campaign.
If a driver wins in a category:
They shall be designated a “Legend” in that category;
They shall be excluded from further leader-board ranking in that category for the remainder of the Campaign.
Winning in one category does not restrict participation in another category.
6. ELIGIBILITY
Participation is open to:
Active Avas drivers aged 18 or above;
Drivers with valid documentation;
Drivers in good account standing.
Drivers under suspension, investigation, or fraud review are not eligible.
Avas reserves full discretion regarding eligibility.
7. QUALIFYING RIDES
Only Completed Rides (as defined above) shall count.
The following are excluded:
Cancelled rides
Self-bookings
Collusive rides
Fraudulent rides
GPS-manipulated trips
Duplicate bookings
Avas backend records are final and binding.
8. WEEKLY PRIZES (PER CATEGORY)
For each category, weekly prizes are:
1st Place – MVR 1,500
2nd Place – MVR 1,000
3rd Place – MVR 500
4th Place – One (1) Month Subscription Waiver
5th Place – One (1) Month Subscription Waiver
9. TIE RULES
9.1 Cash Positions (1st–3rd)
If two or more drivers tie in ride count:
The cash prize shall be divided equally.
Example:
Two drivers tied for 3rd (MVR 500) → each receives MVR 250.
9.2 Subscription Positions (4th & 5th)
Subscription Waivers cannot be split.
Ranking shall be determined strictly by Timestamp Priority.
The driver who first reached the final ride count shall rank higher.
10. LEADERBOARD & LEGEND STATUS
The Avas Driver App will display:
Total completed rides per driver;
Top drivers per category.
Drivers who win shall be marked as “Legend” and excluded from further competition in that category.
11. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT & PAYMENT
Winners will be announced weekly via official Avas channels.
Cash prizes will be credited within 48 hours.
Subscription Waivers apply to the next billing cycle.
12. FAIR PLAY & ANTI-FRAUD
Strictly prohibited:
Artificial ride inflation
Multiple accounts
Collusion
GPS spoofing
Category manipulation
Avas may disqualify, withhold prizes, or suspend accounts at its discretion.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Avas shall not be liable for:
App downtime
Technical failures
Payment delays by third parties
Indirect damages
Participation is voluntary and at own risk.
14. MODIFICATION OR TERMINATION
Avas reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time.
15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Disputes must be submitted in writing within 30 days.

Decision shall be final and binding.
