ROADHA FOARI GRAND GIVEAWAY – RAMADAN 1447
OFFICIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. INTRODUCTION
1.1 Promotion Name & Organizer
The “Roadha Foari Grand Giveaway – Ramadan 1447” (the “Promotion”) is organized by Avas Enterprises Pvt Ltd (“Avas Enterprises,” “Avas,” “Avas App,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), having its registered address at Lot 11217, Hulhumalé, Republic of Maldives.
This Promotion forms part of the Ramadan 1447 Roadha Foari campaign.
1.2 Acceptance of Terms
By participating in this Promotion, You confirm that You have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).
If You do not agree, You must not participate.
2. PROMOTION PERIOD
2.1 The Promotion commenced on 18 February 2026 (Wednesday).
2.2 The Promotion shall conclude on the last day of Ramadan 1447, as officially determined by moon sighting in the Republic of Maldives.
2.3 Only Karaa Points earned during the Ramadan 1447 Roadha Foari Weekly Campaign Period shall be counted toward the Grand Giveaway.
3. DEFINITIONS
For the purposes of this Promotion:
“App” means the official Avas App.
“Participant” means any Avas App user (driver or customer).
“Karaa Points” means promotional points earned during the Ramadan 1447 Roadha Foari campaign.
“Grand Prize” means one (1) unit of Honda Airblade 125 (2026 Model).
“Eligible Entry” means each valid Karaa Point earned.
4. ELIGIBILITY
4.1 Participation is open to:
Individuals of any age;
Registered residents of the Republic of Maldives; or
Foreign nationals holding a valid residence visa in the Republic of Maldives;
Active Avas App users (drivers or customers).
4.2 Employees of Avas Enterprises are eligible to participate and may win.
4.3 Eligibility shall be determined based on the registered phone number associated with the App account.
4.4 Avas Enterprises reserves the right to verify identity, visa documentation, or residency prior to prize handover.
5. ENTRY MECHANISM
5.1 No separate registration is required.
5.2 1 (one) Karaa Point = 1 (one) Grand raffle entry.
5.3 All valid Karaa Points earned across all Weekly Cycles during Ramadan 1447 shall be combined for the Grand Giveaway.
5.4 Participants must have earned at least one (1) Karaa Point during Ramadan 1447 to be eligible.
5.5 Weekly winners remain eligible to win the Grand Prize.
6. Karaa POINT ACCUMULATION RULES
Karaa Points eligible for the Grand Giveaway are earned through:
6.1 Completed Ride
2 Karaa Points per legitimately completed ride.
6.2 Avas Insurance Purchase
5 Karaa Points per valid insurance policy purchased via the App.
If the policy is canceled, refunded, reversed, or invalidated, associated Karaa Points shall be revoked and removed from Grand eligibility.
6.3 Daily In-App Quiz
1 Karaa Point per correct answer after official reveal.
Maximum 1 per day.
6.4 Bodumas Dhuhvun (In-App Game)
1 Karaa Point per day.
Maximum 1 per day.
6.5 Fraud & Manipulation
If Avas Enterprises determines that a Participant has manipulated, exploited, or fraudulently inflated Karaa Points, the Participant shall be disqualified from the Grand Giveaway without notice.
System records shall be final and conclusive.
7. GRAND DRAW
7.1 One (1) winner shall be selected.
7.2 The draw shall be conducted randomly based on total eligible raffle entries accumulated during Ramadan 1447.
7.3 The draw date shall be announced by Avas Enterprises through its official channels.
7.4 The draw may be:
Conducted via digital raffle system,
Broadcast live,
Conducted internally and publicly announced,
at the sole discretion of Avas Enterprises.
7.5 Avas Enterprises reserves the right to verify all entries prior to confirming the winner.
8. GRAND PRIZE TERMS
8.1 Description
The Grand Prize consists of:
One (1) unit of Honda Airblade 125CC – 2026 Model.
The vehicle shall be awarded unregistered.
8.2 Registration & Costs
Avas shall be fully responsible for all costs related to:
Registration,
Insurance,
Road tax,
Transfer fees,
Any related administrative expenses.
Registration must be completed within one (1) month from the date of winning.
8.3 Minor Winners
If the winner is below 18 years of age:
The winner must attend prize collection with a parent or legal guardian.
The vehicle shall be handed to the winner in the presence of the guardian.
All registration and legal compliance obligations shall remain the responsibility of the winner and/or guardian.
8.4 Transferability
The Grand Prize is non-transferable prior to collection.
After lawful collection, the winner may sell or transfer the vehicle at their own discretion.
8.5 Prize “As-Is”
The Grand Prize is awarded “as-is” without warranties from Avas Enterprises.
Any manufacturer warranty shall be subject solely to the manufacturer’s terms.
9. WINNER NOTIFICATION & CLAIM
9.1 The winner shall be notified within three (3) working days after the draw.
9.2 The winner must provide valid government-issued identification.
9.3 The winner must claim the prize within five (5) days of first notification.
9.4 Failure to claim within the period shall result in forfeiture and Avas Enterprises may conduct a redraw.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
10.1 Avas Enterprises shall not be liable for:
Technical failures,
System errors,
Network interruptions,
Data discrepancies,
Human error,
Mechanical defects of the vehicle,
Any damage, injury, accident, or loss arising from use of the vehicle.
10.2 Participation is entirely at the Participant’s own risk.
11. DISQUALIFICATION
Avas Enterprises reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who:
Engages in fraud;
Cancels insurance for point inflation;
Manipulates ride data;
Abuses quiz or game mechanics;
Violates App policies.
No compensation shall be provided to disqualified Participants.
12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes, claims, or disagreements arising out of or relating to this Promotion shall be exclusively submitted to:
DAvocats Chambers LLP (the “Adjudicator”).
The decision of the Adjudicator shall be final, binding, and conclusive.
All claims must be submitted in writing within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the dispute.

13. GOVERNING LAW
This Promotion shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Maldives.

1. INTRODUCTION
1.1 Promotion Name & Organizer
The “Roadha Foari Weekly Giveaway- Ramadan 1447” (the “Promotion”) is organized by Avas Enterprises Pvt Ltd (“Avas Enterprises,” “Avas,” “Avas App,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), registered at Lot 11217, Hulhumalé, Republic of Maldives.
This Promotion is independently organized by Avas Enterprises.
1.2 Acceptance of Terms
By participating in this Promotion, You agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).
2. DEFINITIONS
“App” means the official Avas App.
“Participant” means any registered driver or customer using the App.
“Promotion Period” means four (4) consecutive Weekly Cycles beginning on 18 February 2026 (Wednesday).
“Weekly Cycle” means each seven (7) consecutive day period.
“Karaa Points” means promotional points earned through eligible activities.
“Weekly Prize” means the physical prize revealed within the App at the start of each Weekly Cycle.
“Eligible Activity” means activities defined under Clause 6.
3. PROMOTION STRUCTURE
3.1 The Promotion consists of four (4) Weekly Cycles beginning on 18 February 2026.
3.2 At the conclusion of each Weekly Cycle, Avas Enterprises shall compile all valid Karaa Points earned during that specific seven (7) day period.
3.3 Each valid Karaa Point earned within a Weekly Cycle shall constitute one (1) raffle entry for that week's draw.
3.4 Only Karaa Points earned during the respective Weekly Cycle shall be included in that week's raffle.
3.5 Avas Enterprises reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at its sole discretion.
. ELIGIBILITY
4.1 Participation is open to:
Individuals of any age;
Registered residents of the Republic of Maldives; or
Foreign nationals holding a valid residence visa in the Republic of Maldives;
Active Avas App users (drivers or customers).
4.2 Participants below the age of eighteen (18):
Must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to claim any prize;
Must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during prize collection;
The prize may be issued in the name of the parent or legal guardian where required by law.
4.3 Employees of Avas Enterprises are eligible to participate and may win.
4.4 Eligibility shall be determined based on the registered phone number associated with the App account.
4.5 Avas Enterprises reserves the right to request identification, visa documentation, or proof of residency at any time prior to prize handover.
5. ENTRY MECHANISM
5.1 No separate registration is required.
5.2 1 Karaa Point = 1 raffle entry.
5.3 There is no limit to the number of entries accumulated within a Weekly Cycle.
5.4 At the end of each Weekly Cycle, Avas Enterprises will include all valid entries earned during that period in the weekly draw.
6. Karaa POINTS SYSTEM
6.1 Completed Ride
2 Karaa Points per legitimately completed ride.
6.2 Avas Insurance Purchase
5 Karaa Points per valid insurance policy purchased via the App.
If a policy is canceled, refunded, reversed, or invalidated, associated Karaa Points shall be revoked.
6.3 Daily In-App Quiz
1 Karaa Point per correct answer after official answer reveal.
Maximum 1 per day.
6.4 Bodumas Dhuhvun(In-App Game)
1 Karaa Point per day.
Maximum 1 per day.
6.5 Fraud or Exploitation
If Avas determines that a Participant exploited technical vulnerabilities, manipulated entries, or abused the system, the Participant shall be immediately disqualified and removed from the raffle without notice.
Avas Enterprises’ determination shall be final.
7. WEEKLY DRAW
7.1 One (1) winner shall be selected per Weekly Cycle.
7.2 The draw shall be conducted randomly based on raffle entries accumulated during that week.
7.3 The draw may be:
Conducted digitally,
Broadcast live (including Instagram Live), or
Conducted internally and publicly announced.
Avas Enterprises reserves full discretion regarding the method.
7.4 The Weekly Prize will be displayed within the App at the start of each week.
8. PRIZE TERMS
8.1 Prizes are physical goods as displayed in the App.
8.2 Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable prior to collection.
8.3 No cash alternative shall be provided.
8.4 Prizes are awarded “as-is” without warranties from Avas Enterprises.
9. WINNER NOTIFICATION & CLAIM
9.1 Winners will be contacted within three (3) working days.
9.2 Valid government-issued identification is required.
9.3 Winners must claim the prize within five (5) days of notification.
9.4 Failure to claim within the period may result in forfeiture and redraw.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Avas Enterprises shall not be liable for:

Data inaccuracies,
Network interruptions,
Human error,
Any damages arising from use of the prize.
