Roadha Foari – Weekly “Ride & Win” Promotion

1. General

1.1 Campaign Name: "Roadha Foari – Weekly Ride & Win" (hereafter “Roadha Foari” or the “Campaign”)

1.2 Organizer: This promotion is organized by Avas App ("Avas," “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1.3 Campaign Period:

  • The Campaign is effective from 9th March 2025, unless extended or shortened by Avas at its sole discretion.

  • Avas reserves the right to revise the campaign dates with or without prior notice.

1.4 Weekly Prize:

  • Roadha Foari replaces the old daily 500 MVR scheme. Instead, a weekly competition awards the following:

    1. 1st Place: MVR 1,500

    2. 2nd Place: MVR 1,000

    3. 3rd Place: MVR 500

    4. 4th Place: MVR 200

    5. 5th Place: MVR 200

  • If multiple drivers tie for any rank, they will share the prize for that position equally.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Who Can Participate:

  • Open to all active Avas App drivers who have migrated or signed up on the Avas Driver App.

  • Participants must be 18 years or older as of the start date of this Campaign.

  • An “active driver” refers to a driver with a valid and up-to-date account, free of restrictions or outstanding violations.

2.2 Exclusions:

  • Employees of Avas, affiliated agencies/partners, and their immediate family members (spouse, children, parents) are ineligible.

  • Any person found, in Avas’ sole opinion, to be involved in unlawful or fraudulent activity related to Avas or this Campaign shall be disqualified.

3. How to Participate

3.1 Enrollment:

  • All active drivers on the Avas Driver App are automatically eligible. No separate registration is required.

  • Drivers must use the new Avas Driver App and complete rides during the Campaign period.

3.2 Qualifying Rides:

  • Only legitimately completed rides requested, accepted, and finished via the Avas Driver App, with the passenger reaching the intended destination, will be counted.

  • Rides flagged for fraud, cancellation, or disputes are excluded. Avas reserves the right to withhold or deduct any rides determined to be in violation of these Terms.

4. Prize Draw & Winner Selection

4.1 Weekly Prizes:

  • The Roadha Foari leaderboard resets each Sunday. At the end of each week (Saturday, 11:59 p.m. local time), the top five drivers with the highest number of completed rides win the respective weekly prizes.

  • The ranking is based solely on the number of legitimately completed rides.

4.2 Tie-Breaker:

  • In the event of any tie for a rank, the tying drivers will share that prize amount equally.

4.3 Winner Notification:

  • Winners will be announced each Sunday on Avas’ official social media channels and notified through the contact details in their driver profile.

  • Avas will not be responsible for any failure to contact winners if their profile information is not up to date.

4.4 Prize Fulfillment:

  • Prizes are credited to the winning driver’s designated payout method within 48 hours of winner announcement.

  • Avas may opt for alternative methods at its discretion.

5. Leaderboard Feature

5.1 Access & Updates:

  • Drivers can view their ride counts and rank in real-time via the Avas Driver App’s in-app leaderboard.

  • Ride counts refresh daily; final weekly counts lock at 11:59 p.m. local time on Saturdays.

5.2 Fair Play & Transparency:

  • All ride counts are verified automatically. Drivers must report any discrepancies within 24 hours to Avas customer support.

  • Avas’ records are final, and no further claims will be entertained after 24 hours.

6. Preventing Misuse

6.1 Anti-Collusion Measures:

  • Collusion or artificial ride inflation is strictly prohibited.

  • Any driver found coordinating with passengers or other drivers to fraudulently boost ride counts will be disqualified.

6.2 Multiple Accounts:

  • One driver may only use one Avas Driver account. Use of multiple accounts is grounds for immediate disqualification.

6.3 Fraud Detection:

  • Avas uses advanced algorithms and manual reviews to detect suspicious activity.

  • Avas may disqualify drivers involved in fraudulent or abusive behaviors.

6.4 Verification:

  • All rides must be legitimate and verifiable through the Avas Driver App.

  • Avas reserves the right to suspend or ban drivers for misconduct.

7. General Conditions

7.1 Publicity:

  • By participating, winners agree that Avas may use their name, likeness, photo, and city/country of residence for promotion without further compensation.

7.2 Data Protection:

  • Personal data is processed per Avas’ Privacy Policy.

  • By participating, drivers consent to the usage of their info for campaign administration and future marketing, except where prohibited by law.

7.3 Liabilities & Indemnities:

  • Avas is not liable for losses, damages, or injuries arising from this Campaign.

  • Drivers indemnify Avas against third-party claims related to or arising from their participation.

7.4 Force Majeure:

  • Avas is not responsible for delays or disruptions due to events beyond its control (natural disasters, strikes, etc.).

7.5 Amendments & Cancellation:

  • Avas may alter or terminate the Campaign without prior notice if unforeseen circumstances arise.

  • Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on official channels.

7.6 Dispute Resolution:

  • All disputes shall be submitted in writing to DAvocats Chambers LLP (the “Adjudicator”).

  • The decision of the Adjudicator is final and binding.

  • Claims not submitted within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute are deemed waived.
